Recovery gave me my life back.Education gave it direction.
At 32, with one year clean, Moriah made the decision that would reshape everything: she went back to school. Starting at the Community College of Philadelphia — with no special advantages, no roadmap, and a lot of uncertainty — she built something remarkable from the ground up.
From CCP, she transferred to Wellesley College on a full scholarship — one of the most rigorous and selective liberal arts institutions in the country — earning her Bachelor's degree in Sociology. In 2024, she completed her Master's at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, graduating with a 4.0 GPA while working full time the entire way.
That journey — CCP to Wellesley to Harvard — is not a story about exceptional circumstances. It's a story about what becomes possible when someone in recovery gets the right information, the right support, and someone in their corner who actually knows the terrain. Moriah built Collegiate Recovery Solutions so that no one has to figure it out alone.
She believes deeply that education should be within reach for anyone ready to do the work — regardless of where they're starting from. Whether you're exploring a GED, a trade certification, community college, a four-year university, or a graduate program: CRS will meet you exactly where you are, and walk every step with you.
CRS offers personalized, one-on-one collegiate advising built specifically for people in recovery. We don't assume you know how any of this works — we walk you through it, from the very beginning.
Pricing is flexible and access-focused. Cost should never be the reason someone doesn't get to school. Schedule a free consultation to talk about what's right for you.
